Worksite Partners
doctors serve as the primary care doctor
for your injured or ill employees regarding
their work related health matters, beginning
with the day of the incident or onset of
symptoms. Even when a worker is referred
to a specialist, the Worksite Partners Care
Coordinator stays involved to ensure that
the best possible care is provided following
the principles of occupational medicine.
- Work Compensation
Injury and Illness Care
Worksite Partners’ medical providers
are board certified doctors, and certified
medical assistants. Providing high quality,
compassionate care to our patients is
our top priority. However, Worksite Partners
understands that the employer is our customer
and therefore has certain rights and needs
that are taken into consideration.
- Monthly management reports to clients
Worksite Partners is highly aware that information is the key to allowing any organization to function efficiently. At the end of every month Worksite Partners has the ability to generate and send management reports to each client, identifying activity for the month and the current status of all active patients.
- Referral Network of Roper St. Francis Healthcare Specialists
As part of the Roper St. Francis Healthcare
system, Worksite Partners has access to
a large network of the best and most respected
doctors in the Lowcountry. If the injury
or illness warrants, Worksite Partners
will arrange an appointment with the appropriate
specialist and will continue to monitor
the patient's progress.
- Medical Cost Containment
Worksite Partners has shown our ability to reduce an organization's Workers' Compensation premiums through actively managing clinical cases, minimizing lost workdays, eliminating unwarranted diagnostic testing, addressing problem areas at the workplace and reducing the amount of claims filed.
- Development of Early Return to Work Programs
The earlier an injured worker is returned
to work the greater the chance of that
worker returning to full duty status and
the sooner that will happen. In most cases,
some useful activity can be found for
an employee during their recovery period.
This is facilitated by open communication
between the treating doctor and the company
and requires that the work modifications
be very specific in detailing what the
employee can and cannot do safely.
