We offer a wide range of exercise classes
to meet everyone’s needs and level
of interest. In addition to the classes
being great for the mind, body and soul,
they are great fun and give you an opportunity
to meet lots of new people. If you are
not sure which class is right for you,
talk to our Wellness Manager, Aleshia Parrish.
*During the holiday season, the senior center has an abbreviated exercise schedule. There are no exercise classes November 26-28 and December 22-January 1, 2009. Our regular schedule resumes January 2, 2009.

Walking Trail - Horseshoes, Bocce, Cornhole!
Monday afternoons at the senior center just got even better! Take your pick of fun games from Horseshoes, Bocce, and now...Cornhole! Cornhole is a fun, beanbag toss game where players take turns pitching small beanbags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. Horseshoes, Bocce, and Cornhole are all played on Mondays at 1 p.m. See page seven for a list of all games offered at the senior center.
