Patient and Family Involvement

At Roper Rehabilitation Hospital, patients take an active part in their rehabilitation process.  Each patient must be able to participate in physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies for at least three hours a day for a minimum of five days per week.  Family members play a crucial role in patient rehabilitation.  By participating in family education and support groups, family members develop a sense of understanding and confidence in helping patients achieve their recovery goals.
