Physicians Join Roper Radiologists, PA

Charleston, SC – Roper Radiologists, PA is pleased to announce that Jeffery R. Bennett, MD and Johnny P. Campbell, MD have joined their medical staff. Both physicians practice diagnostic radiology, serving patients throughout the entire Roper St. Francis Healthcare system.

Dr. Bennett completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in 1997 where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology. He received his medical degree from West Virginia University, School of Medicine and was honored with induction into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

Dr. Bennett completed his residency in diagnostic radiology, where he was honored with the “Outstanding Medical Student Teaching by a Radiology Resident Award” for his dedication and enthusiasm in educating medical students. He then completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at Duke University before joining the medical staff at Roper Radiologists. He has a special interest in sports medicine. A native of Buckhannon, WV, Dr. Bennett resides in downtown Charleston with his wife, Jennifer.

Dr. Campbell went on to complete a fellowship in cross sectional imaging at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He specializes in body imaging with special interest in CT colonography (virtual colonoscopy). Dr. Campbell resides West Ashley with his wife, Sara, and their children, Emily and Jacob.

Roper Radiologists, PA, a group of 13 board-certified radiologists, practices general radiology with specialty interests and fellowship training in all areas of radiology including mammography, musculoskeletal radiology, neuro-radiology, vascular radiology and nuclear medicine.
