Physicians Join Roper Radiologists, PA
Charleston, SC – Roper Radiologists, PA is pleased to announce that Andrew Karl Anderson, MD and Matthew J. Brady, MD have joined their medical staff. Both physicians practice diagnostic radiology, serving patients throughout the entire Roper St. Francis Healthcare system.
Dr. Anderson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in 1998 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual major in Pre-medicine and Philosophy. He received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Anderson completed his internship at the University of Hawaii and his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He then completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Emory University. He currently resides in downtown Charleston.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs in 1997, Dr. Brady received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH. During this time, he also spent a year conducting research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda through a Howard Hughes Medical Institute program. He completed his internship with Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center in Portland, OR, and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. Dr. Brady went on to complete a fellowship in combined Nuclear and Abdominal/Pelvic imaging, also at Duke. He has a special interest in PET/CT. Dr. Brady lives in downtown Charleston with his wife, Courtney.
Roper Radiologists, PA, a group of 15 board-certified radiologists, practices general radiology with specialty interests and fellowship training in all areas of radiology including mammography, musculoskeletal radiology, neuro-radiology, vascular radiology and nuclear medicine.
