BSSF/RSFH committees and task forces which model multidisciplinary membership and interdisciplinary decision-making include: Falls Risk Reduction Team, Medication Safety Team, Information Services Steering Committee, Ethics Committee, Audit and Compliance, Special Care Committee, Safety Committee, Patient Throughput, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Infection Control, PI and Quality Management, and Environment of Care.
Compared to PRC’s 400 hospital database, the rating (in percentiles) by our RN staff in 2007 of the following items as excellent was as follows:
